中文摘要: Pierce-Smith(PS)转炉是冰铜吹炼普遍采用的成熟技术,但由于其间断作业和SO2烟气泄露等问题,已难以适应日益提高的环保要求。闪速吹炼作业连续、烟气量小而且稳定、建设投资者省、运行费用低、环保好、技术先进成熟。文章对冰铜闪速炉吹炼和PS转炉吹炼2种工艺进行了技术比较,阐述了我国今后新建和改造大型洁净铜冶炼厂采用闪速吹炼的优越性。

Abstract:Pierce-Smith copper converting process is widely used as a matured technology, but there are many problems inherent, for example, discontinuous operating, SO 2 gas let out and so on. So environment protection is difficult. However, copper flash converting process is continuously and the waste gas quantity is both small and steady. The price of construction and operation is low. The environment will be protected. The advantage of Flash converting process compared with Pierce-Smith copper converting process used by a new built or old rebuilt copper smelter has discussed in detail.
