中文摘要: 以次氧化锌为原料，经氨浸、除铁、深度除杂、结晶等工序制备二氯二氨锌（Zn(NH3)2Cl2）。结果表明，在NH4Cl浓度4 mol/L、NH4Cl与Zn的摩尔比4∶1、浸出温度70 ℃、浸出时间60 min的条件下，Zn浸出率高达99%以上。采用质量分数为27.5%的双氧水氧化除铁和锌粉置换可基本彻底除杂。对二氯二氨锌进行了主含量、XRD、SEM、TG-DSC分析验证，结果表明二氯二氨锌的纯度较高，晶形完整。
Abstract:Zn(NH3)2Cl2 was prepared by the process of leaching secondary zinc oxide with ammonium chloride solution, deironization, deep impurity-removing and crystallization. The results showed that the zinc leaching rate was more than 99% under the conditions that the concentration of NH4Cl solution was 4 mol/L, the molar ratio (NH4Cl/Zn)was 4:1, the leaching temperature was 70 ℃, and the leaching time was 60 min. The impurities could be completely removed by 27.5% hydrogen peroxide solution oxidizing Fe and zinc powder displacement process. The prepared Zn(NH3)2Cl2 was characterized by chemical analysis, XRD, SEM and TG-DSC. The results showed Zn(NH3)2Cl2 was pure in integral crystalline form.
