Abstract:For Ausmelt Smelting Process used by Jinchang Smelter,during its trail production,there were many problems such as: the life-span of the furnace refractory bricks was short,the material supply of the furnace was unstable,the element-sulfur content in the waste gas was high,and the heavy oil system could not operated normally.After analyzing and improving the process system,the technical and economic indexes were improved,and good social and economic benefits were obtained.
