中文摘要: 采用冷粘结挤压法,研制了一种工艺性能良好的烧结型耐磨耐热堆焊焊条。并对其堆焊层显微组织、抗热腐蚀和抗高温氧化性等性能进行了试验。结果表明堆焊合金的平均洛氏硬度为55.7,相对耐磨性为1.28,具有良好的工艺性能,高温抗氧化性能优于基体材料。
Abstract:A new kind of the sintered wear-resisting and heat-resisting deposit welding rod which has perfect processing property is produced and studied by cold-cementing extrusion process.The microstructure,thermal corrosion-resisting and high temperature oxidation-resisting of the welding layers have been studied.The results show that the average Rockwell hardness of the layer is 55.7,the erasibility of the layer is 1.28.It indicates that the rod has perfect processing properties and has better high temperature oxidation-resisting property than that of the base metal.
