中文摘要: 描述了用FPGA实现嵌入式实时初晶温度采集与交换,设计了一套基于ARM9(EP9315)和FPGA的嵌入式实时在线初晶温度检测系统。经过近2年6次现场实际测试,结果表明,该系统即便在高温和强磁场下,仍然具有系统稳定、测量实时准确等优点。适合在电解铝相关单位推广应用。
Abstract:Application of FPGA in data collection and exchange with embedded system for on-line detection temperature of initial crystallization was described, and a detecting system based on embedded processor of ARM9(EP9315)and FPGA was presented. The system is not only highly stable even under the environment of high temperature and powerful electromagnetic situation and but also of high measurement accuracy through 6 times on-site testing within two years. So, this equipment is applicable in aluminum electrolysis enterprises.
