中文摘要: 以硫酸亚铁为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,空气为氧化剂,通过沉淀氧化法合成超细四氧化三铁,并考察碱比、合成温度、氧化速度等对合成产品磁性能的影响。结果表明,在碱比2.1~2.2、温度80~90 ℃、氧化时间2~3 h的条件下,合成的四氧化三铁的矫顽力和饱和磁化强度高。磁粉的形貌与磁性能关系密切。
Abstract:Ultrafine Fe3O4 powder was synthesized by oxidation-precipitation technology with ferrous sulfate as raw material, sodium hydroxide as precipitating agent and air as oxidant. The effects of alkali ratio, synthesis temperature and oxidation rate on magnetic property of synthetic product were investigated. The results show that synthesized Fe3O4 powder has property of high coercive force and saturation magnetization under the optimum conditions including alkali ratio of 2.1~2.2, temperature of 80~90 ℃ and oxidation duration of 2~3 h. The morphology of magnetic powder has close relationship with magnetic property.
