中文摘要: 进行装柱量为9 kg高氟低硫铀矿石的添加黄铁矿生物柱浸试验。结果表明,添加粒度-3.0 mm、纯度41.64%黄铁矿1.5%时,经过80 d的浸出,加黄铁矿加菌试验柱铀渣计浸出率为90.00%,酸耗3.97%,总铁浸出量54.36 g;不加黄铁矿加菌对照柱铀浸出率为88.50%,酸耗4.05%,总铁浸出量49.47 g;加黄铁矿不加菌的化学浸出对照柱铀浸出率为77.20%,酸耗3.95%,总铁浸出量34.30 g。向低硫铀矿石中添加适量黄铁矿的生物浸出方法可以提高铀浸出率。
Abstract:Uranium column bioleaching experiments with 9 kg packing were carried out with additional pyrite (size of -3 mm and purity of 41.64%) from low-sulfur and high fluoride-bearing uranium ores. Three columns include: minerals(9 kg) plus pyrite(1.5%) with culture, minerals(9 kg) with culture, and minerals(9 kg) plus pyrite(1.5%) with no culture. After 80 days irrigation, uranium leaching rates in slag are 90.00%, 88.50% and 77.20% respectively, acid consumptions are 3.97%, 4.05% and 3.95%, respectively. Uranium ores bearing with high fluoride and low pyrite can be treated efficiently with additional pyrite and adaptive mixed culture.
