中文摘要: 对碱性铀矿石进行盐酸去钙预处理,Z1柱采用池浸换液方式去钙,Z2柱采用饱水状态下连续去钙,通过调节换液频率或进液速度与盐酸酸度,使浸出液pH均保持在2左右。试验结果表明,Z2柱累计去钙率为64.8%时,去钙周期为5.38 d,耗酸率(34%的浓盐酸质量/矿石质量)为11.49%;相比Z1柱,连续去钙周期缩短80%,液固比降低35%,耗酸率减少4个百分点左右。连续去钙工艺高效可行。
Abstract:Alkaline uranium ore was pretreated with hydrochloric acid to remove calcium carbonate. Tank leaching was applied in column Z1, while calcium carbonate of uranium ore was leached under condition of full water in column Z2. The results show that calcium carbonate cumulative leaching rate in column Z2 is 64.8% for only 5.38 days with acid consumption rate of 11.49%. Compared with tank leaching in column Z1, the leaching period in column Z2 is shorten by 80%, L/S drops by 35%, and acid consumption rate drops about 4 percent point. The flush leaching of calcium carbonate is efficient and feasible.
