中文摘要: 针对复杂低品位氧化铜钴矿开展直接还原浸出工艺研究。结果表明,在液固比2︰1(mL/g)、浸出温度80 ℃、吨矿酸耗117.2 kg、浸出时间4 h、通入二氧化硫气体控制浸出终点电位340~350 mV的条件下,铜、镍、钴浸出率分别为74.23%、47.82%和59.31%。采用两段逆流浸出可以节约还原剂用量,综合利用浸出液中的游离酸,节省碱的消耗量。
Abstract:Direct reduction leaching of complex low grade oxidized copper and cobalt ores was studied. The results show that leaching rates of copper, nickel and zinc are 74.23%, 47.82%, and 59.31% respectively under the optimum conditions including ratio of liquid to solid of 2︰1, leaching temperature of 80 ℃, sulfuric acid consumption of tonnage ore of 117.2 kg, leaching time of 2 h, and ending potential of 340~350 mV adjusted by inletting SO2. The process of two stage countercurrent leaching can effectively reduce consumption of reducing agent, realize comprehensive utilization of free acid in leaching solution, and reduce alkali consumption for neutralization.
