中文摘要: 分析钆在AZ91合金中的形貌、相组成、组织成分对力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,钆的含量为1%~3%时,合金晶粒尺寸随着钆含量的增加而减小,且由树枝晶向等轴晶转变;当钆含量超过3%时,晶粒尺寸随钆含量增加开始逐步增大,且晶内缺陷增加;在钆含量达到5%时,合金中再次出现枝晶组织。当合金中钆含量为3%时,力学性能最好,其室温抗拉强度为261.6 MPa,延伸率为4.6%,分别比不添加钆的合金提高了34.6%和70.4%;200 ℃的抗拉强度为148.7 MPa,延伸率为4.1%,分别比不添加钆的合金提高了47.8%和32.3%。随着钆含量的增加,合金的腐蚀电流密度大幅度降低,自腐蚀电位略有增加。

Abstract:Effects of microstructure, phase composition, composition of scandium in AZ91 alloy on alloy’s mechanical and corrosion properties were investigated. The results show that grain size of Mg-Gd alloy drops with increase of gadolinium content, and crystal morphology transforms from dendrite to isometric crystal with gadolinium content of about 1%~3%. Correspondingly, grain size rises with increase of gadolinium content and crystal defects increases with gadolinium content of 3% above. Dendrite crystal is observed again when gadolinium content is up to 5%. The optimum mechanical properties at room temperature and 200 ℃ are improved to 261.6 MPa and 148.7 MPa respectively when gadolinium content is increased to 3%. Corrosion current density drops markedly opon adding gadolinium, while sel-corrosion potential rises slightly.
