中文摘要: 铝电解生产过程中保持能量平衡是电解槽平稳高效运行的基本条件,通过对400 kA预焙铝电解槽能量平衡的测定,结合生产现状,对能量平衡调整的方向和措施进行了分析和总结。得出优化内衬设计、降低电解槽各部位电压降、合理控制电解温度、加强电解槽生产管理,是节能降耗的有效途径。
Abstract:Energy balance maintainance is the basic condition for stable and efficient operation of aluminium electrolysis cells during aluminium electrolysis production. Direction and measures to adjust energy balance are analyzed and summarized by measuring energy balance of 400 kA aluminium smelting cell with current production status as reference. As a result, the effective measures to save energy and reduce consumption include optimization design of cell lining, reduction of voltage drop of all parts, rational control of electrolyzing temperature, and improvement of production management.
