中文摘要: 采用酸析法结晶钴铜矿浸出反萃液中硫酸铜。结果表明,沉淀3 h,结晶率可达第一个最大值80%左右,沉淀5 h,结晶率下降至70%左右,此后随着反应时间的增加,结晶率增加;结晶过程随着溶液温度的降低,结晶率上升;结晶过程随着硫酸用量的增加,结晶率先升高后降低;结晶过程随着铜反萃液中Cu2 浓度的增加,结晶率增加。最佳工艺条件为:室温、每100 mL铜反萃液中加入30 mL硫酸、沉淀3 h,结晶率超过80%。结晶母液可循环利用,不会带来环境污染。
Abstract:CuSO4?5H2O crystal was prepared from extraction solution of leaching copper-cobalt ore by acid-precipitation method. The results show that crystallization rate of CuSO4?5H2O reaches first peak value about 80% in three hours and then drops to about 70% in five hours, and crystallization rate rises with increase of reaction time after 5 h. Crystallization rate rises with drops of solution temperature during crystallization. Crystallization rate first rises and then drops with increase of dosage of sulfuric acid. Crystallization rate rises with increase of Cu2 concentration in copper strip liquor. Crystallization rate is 80% above under the optimum conditions including room temperature, sulfuric acid dosage of 30 mL for 100 mL copper extraction solution, and precipitation time of 3 h. Recycled solution after crystallization of copper sulfate can be cyclic utilized without environment pollution.
