中文摘要: 采用正交试验研究硫酸赤泥熟化浸出液中钪的萃取性能,并通过二次反萃制备出钪富集物。结果表明,当P204浓度10%、相比O/A=1/15、萃取时间5 min时,钪萃取率高达99.27%。当反萃剂为2.5 mol/L NaOH溶液、反萃相比O/A=1/1.5、反萃时间10 min、反应温度95 ℃至水相微微沸腾、反萃次数2次时,钪反萃率为98.34%,获得的初步富集物中钪含量为0.86%,可用于进一步制作高纯氧化钪产品。

Abstract:Orthogonal test was applied to investigate extraction performance of scandium in red mud curing leaching solution. Scandium enrichment was prepared by secondary stripping. The results show that scandium extraction rate is 99.27% under the optimum conditions including P204 concentration of 10%, O/A=1/15 and extraction time of 5 min. Stripping rate of Sc with 2.5 mol/L NaOH as stripping agent is 98.34% under the conditions including O/A=1/1.5, stripping time of 10 min, reaction temperature from 95 ℃ to slight boiling of water phase, and stripping frequency of twice. The obtained initial enrichment with Sc content of 0.86% can be used to produce high-purity scandium oxide products.
