中文摘要: 研究硫酸胍作为电解锰添加剂在硫酸盐体系中电解的影响,经XRD和SEM分析得出,采用硫酸胍可以制备出结晶度好的具有立方结构的α-Mn,金属锰表面均匀。利用循环伏安法、交流阻抗测试分析其阴极电化学机制,结果表明,硫酸胍可以有效抑制析氢反应,促进锰沉积,最佳条件下,电流效率达到64.1%。
Abstract:The effect of guanidine sulfate as an electrolytic manganese additive in sulfate system on electrolysis was studied. XRD and SEM analysis show that the α-Mn with good crystallinity and cubic structure could be prepared by guanidine sulfate, and the surface of metallic manganese is uniform. The electrochemical mechanism of cathode was analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance test. The results show that guanidine sulfate can effectively inhibit the hydrogen evolution reaction and promote the deposition of manganese. Under the optimal conditions, the current efficiency reaches 64.1%.
