中文摘要: 在工业闪速炉高负荷生产条件下,从反应塔、沉淀池、排烟线路各部位取样分析,直观地观察了闪速炉中铜锍、炉渣、烟尘的形成过程和物理化学特点,发现了一些不同于以往过程机理所描述的现象,提出了一些有关闪速熔炼工艺的新认识。
Abstract:Samplers were taken from reaction shaft, settler, off-gas line of a commercial flash furnace in operation with high intensity. The samples were analyzed and the formation process of matte, slag and dust in flash smelting, and their physical-chemical characteristics were observed intuitively. Some key discoveries were found different from the descriptions by the previous process mechanism, and some new recognitions were put forward on copper flash smelting process.
