中文摘要: 采用氧化焙烧—酸浸法从铜浮渣中提取铜,重点考察了液固比、硫酸浓度、反应时间和浸出温度对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明,在下述最佳工艺条件下,铜浸出率可以达到99.35%:750 ℃氧化焙烧2 h,液固比5,硫酸浓度20%,90 ℃浸出2 h,搅拌转速300 r/min。

Abstract:Copper was extracted from copper dross with oxidizing roasting and acid leaching process. The effects of ratio of liquid to solid, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction time and leaching temperature on copper leaching rate were primarily investigated. The results show that the copper leaching rate is 99.35% under the following optimum conditions including oxidation roasting temperature of 750 ℃, roasting time of 2 h, ratio of liquid to solid of 5∶1, sulfuric acid concentration of 20%, leaching temperature of 90 ℃ leaching time of 2 h, and stirring speed of 300 r/min.
