Open Access
All articles published by Nonferrous Metals (Extractive Metallurgy) since 2013 are open-access works, available to all readers free of charge immediately and permanently upon publication. Readers can enter the "Archive" on the home page (http://ysyl.bgrimm.cn/) from the official website of Nonferrous Metals (Extractive Metallurgy), search the papers through the issue, find the required papers, click to enter the paper page, and then download the papers in PDF format. Readers may copy, distribute, and use these articles under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and further does not permit distribution of the paper if it is changed or edited in any way. In addition, articles published in past issues before 2013 are not OA works. Readers who need access to these articles may visit databases such as CNKI to obtain their full texts.
Author Rights
For open access publishing, Nonferrous Metals (Extractive Metallurgy) uses a Copyright Transfer Agreement. After the article is accepted, all the authors transfer the licensed Copyright (including but not limited to reproduction right, distribution right, information network communication right, translation right, compilation right) of the whole paper and the charts attached to the paper to the Editorial Department of Nonferrous Metals (Extractive Metallurgy) worldwide. However, the third parties are allowed to share articles (such as stored in the institutional knowledge base) in accordance with the knowledge sharing license agreement, and can also be used for other academic purposes, such as using it for non-commercial academic discussion, communication, lecturing, and teaching. The author shall not damage the interests of Nonferrous Metals (Extractive Metallurgy) when exercising the above rights or transferring the above rights to a third party in accordance with the copyright law. For example, when compiling into other collections of papers, he must indicate that he has been published in this journal, and indicate the year and period of publication. The author agrees to use the article with the license of CC BY-NC-ND after publication.
Self-archiving Policy
It is allowed for authors to deposit all versions (preprint/submitted version, accepted version, published version/version of record) of their articles in an institutional or other repository of the authors' choice. However, it is necessary to indicate the publication information of the article in the metadata within the institutional or other repository and use that as the recommended way of citation.
Article Processing Charge
Nonferrous Metals (Extractive Metallurgy) has an Article Processing Charge (APC), which needs to be paid by the authors or by their research funder or institution. The charge is RMB 1000 per color printed page. The upper limit of normal charge is RMB 5,000 per article.
