| Abstract: |
| According to T-ZnOw structure and the crystal core of zinc oxide in regular tetrahedron from our experiment, it is induced that T-ZnOw forms from crystallization, growth and crystal core covering of crytal zinc oxide with the structure of hexagonal zincite,which crystallizes on 4 angles of zinc oxide crystal core with the structure of cubic zinc blende in regular tetrahedron. |
