Abstract:
      The leaching conditions from trace quantity of cobalt is studied.The orthogonal test result shows that acidity of H2SO4 contribut the strongest influence on cobalt leaching rate, the following is extraction time and temperature, and the influence of acidity is much more stable than that of extraction time and temperature. Raise acidity of H2SO4 and extraction temperature can improve leaching rate. The cobalt leaching rate can reach 91.56% on the condition of 100 ℃, 45% acidity and 3 h. When H2SO4 is excess, the excessed amount of H2SO4 has no obvious effect on cobalt leaching rate.
