| The cause of incurred ledge cracks in pot cell is analyzed and the effective methods to deal with the cracks during baking & start-up is introduced, in order to ensure every electrolytic pot to be successfully started up and put into operation, the following methods are used such as: optimizing pot loading, prolonging the baking time & effectively controlling baking voltage. |
