Abstract:
      With high purity GeCl4 as raw material, the collaborative distillation technology is used to conduct in-depth removal of impurities in hydrogen. Experimental results show that adding HCl gas produces better results than adding hydrochloric acid in collaborative distillation. When the temperature is controlled within the range of 350 to 354 K and the standing time is more than 36 h, collaborative distillation would achieve a good dehydrogenation result with OH impurities of GeCl4 being reduced to 0.76×10-6.
