Abstract:
300 t/d pliot of circulating fluid bed(CFB) roaster was established. According to operation conditions and Au extraction results, in CFB roaster, it shows that gas and solid has violent mixing reaction, the temperature distribution is uniform and retaining time is longer, and the carbon in minerals burns completely. For the tailings of arsenic-bearing low-sulphur concentrations with average Au 4~8g/t, the residues Au decreases to average 1.5~2.5 g/t by CFB roasting and cyanide leaching, and the Au extraction is 75%~85% by roasting temperation of 750℃ and coal consumption of about 3.5%.
