| Abstract: |
| Bioleaching process mineralology of low-grade nickel and copper sulfide was studied. For the evaluation of bioleaching of the ore, the effect of inoculation concentration, initial pH value, ore particle size and leaching period were investigated. The optimal parameters of bioleaching of the sulfide ore were determined as follows: concentration of slurry 2%, inoculation amount 30%, initial pH value 1.5, within 30 d, the maximal recovery rate was obtained with 89.79% of nickel and 41.80% of copper. |
