| Abstract: |
| The low-grade, high current, large anode and long-period copper electrolysis process in Daye Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. Smelter was introduced, and the characteristics and main economic indicators of electrolysis process were also analyzed. The results showed that extending the cathode cycle electrolytic did not have a negative impact on the quality and power consumption of electrolytic copper and improving the auxiliary equipment could fulfill the need of production, the operating rates increased from 93% to about 95%, while the labor intensity decreased by about 30%. |
