Abstract: |
Fe81Zr5Nb4B10 amorphous ribbons were prepared by the single roller melt-spinning process and annealed at different temperatures. The Fe81Zr5Nb4B10 alloys structure of free side and contact side were studied by XRD, and the magnetic properties of elevated temperatures were investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that with the increase of annealing temperature, Fe81Zr5Nb4B11 as-quenched amorphous alloy transited from a completely amorphous structure into a mixed structure of amorphous and nanocrystalline. Grain sizes and crystallization volume fraction increased, while the amorphous layer between grains decreased. Compared with free side, the grain sizes and the amorphous layer between grains of contact side were bigger, crystallization volume fraction was smaller. Coercivity and special saturation magnetization increased gradually with the increase of annealing temperature. |
