Abstract:
The recovery of gold and silver from residue of roasting-cyaniding process in Tanjianshan of Qinghai is investigated. The recovery is unsatisfactory with the process of roasting, roasting with coal adding, middle temperature chlorination roasting and sulfuric acid pretreatment, respectively, while the desired recovery is achieved with the high temperature chlorination process. The gold and silver recovery rate was 89.57% and 53.46%, respectively, under the condition of 5% calcium chloride addition, temperature 1 200 ℃ and roasting time of 1 h. Meanwhile, Fe in the residue has no obvious change and As will have a little volatile.
