Abstract:
      Ball milling digestion techniques on gibbsite were studied using ball milling device designed by ourselves. Effects of fill ratio, rotation speed, the ratio of slurry and balls, ore amount and temperature on digestion properties were investigated. The dissolved slurry was analyzed by XRD. The results showed that the optimal ball milling techniques on gibbsite include rate of ball amount rate of 30%, rotation speed of 100 r/min, the ratio of slurry and balls of 1.2∶1, mixed balls with the size from 2 mm to 20 mm and digesting temperature of 150 ℃.
