Abstract:
The process and equipment of to remove fluorine, chlorine and sulphur together with dust collection from zinc oxide of rotary kiln were discussed with Na2CO3 solution as absorption liquid. The results showed that when the ratio of liquid on gas was 1.5 L/m3 and pH was 7.5, the dust collection recovery was 99.61%, the de-fluorine rate was 93.1%, the de-chlorine rate was 91.5%, the recovery of secondary zinc reached 98.17%, and the product can be used in electrolytic zinc production directly.
