| Abstract: |
| Al-Si mother alloy was produced by electrolyzing silicon dioxide on large pre-baking electrolytic aluminum reduction cell, the control and optimization of technical parameters were analyzed, and the feasible scheme was proposed. The optimum technological parameters were that cryolite molecule proportion was 2.45, mass fraction of Al2O3 and SiO2 were 2.0%~2.5% and 0.1%~0.5% respectively, and electrolysis temperature was 960 ℃. This project could serve as a positive reference for producing aluminium base alloy by electrolyzing metal oxide on aluminum reduction cell. |
