Abstract:
      The rare earth electrolysis cell anode bubble and mathematical model of a whole melt flow in electrolysis cell were established with CFD software. The flow field of gas automatically generated by chemical reaction on the surface of electrolyzer anode was numerical simulated, the electrolyzer melt flow field distribution as a whole and gas concentration distribution curve in different locations were obtained. The results provide the necessary base for the trough type of electrolysis cell.
