| Abstract: |
| This paper describes a new technical modification scheme to the existing Pb smelting process as used in China, The scheme features sulphurizing & oxidizing smelting of PbS mixture through lsasmelt, The existing blast furnace system is ultilized for reduction smelting of high Pb slags to produce Pb bullions. The paper also makes a detailed analysis of the technical and economic aspects concerning the implementation of this scheme. |
