| Abstract: |
| The mechanism of lowering the temperature of heat transmission wall and raising total heat transmission coefficient by applying efflux technology to intensify heat convection of air is introduced in this paper. Based on small scale test and simulated test the best parameters of S/d and L/d have been set out to the relating equation Nu=F(Re) and Eu=F(Re).Applying similarity, a set of GGPH-N high temperature efflux heat-exchanger has been used to recovered waste heat from high temperature flue gas in copper refining furnace. The recovered heat can be used to produce hot air which returns into the furnace to help burn. The dual effect of saving oil and raising productive capacity has been got. Its service life can come up to 7-8 years. The various targets of heat-exchanger occupy first place in domestic stell heat-exchanger. |
