Abstract:
Tantalum alloy thin-walled rotating part with qualified size and good surface quality could be obtained through the reasonable control of rotary forging processing parameters. The recrystallization annealing process of cold-forming tantalum alloy was studied, the mechanical property and hardness distribution was checked, the microstructure of the part annealed was observed. The results show that tantalum alloy part annealed by 1 350 ℃×60 min is fully recrystallized, the average grain size is about 50μm;The tantalum alloy part possesses good uniformity microstructure, and tensile strength is 360 MPa, elongation rate is 45.5%.
