| Abstract: |
| High-pure aluminum foil was anodic oxidated in H2SO4 electrolyte. Effects of electrolyte concentration on porous alumina film were investigated. The results indicated that aperture of nano-pore increased with the increase of electrolyte concentration, and the density of nano-pore reduced with the increase of electrolyte concentration, while the order of nano-pore improved first and then deteriorated with the increase of electrolyte concentration. When aluminum foil was anodic oxidated at 23 V direct voltages, the better uniformity of aperture and order of alumina film was achieved in 0.6 ~ 1.0 mol/L electrolytes, especially in 0.8 mol/L H2SO4. The thickness of alumina film increased with the increase of electrolyte concentration. Exorbitant electrolyte concentration was prone to rapid breakdown the aluminum foil. |
