Abstract:
      In order to study heat conduction capability of SiC tray due to ZnO agglomeration in combustion chamber of lead column in Shaoguan Smelter CNNC,Radiation heat transfer from smoke in combustion chamber of lead column to the surface of ZnO agglomeration and heat conduction transferred into SiC tray via ZnO agglomeration are analyzed and deduced particularly according to different thickness of ZnO agglomeration and measure about heat case of SiC tray The result shows that,with the increase of ZnO agglomeration,the temperature on the surface of ZnO agglomeration rises,but the quantity of heat transfered in tray via ZnO agglomeration reduces rapidly When thickness of ZnO agglomeration is 30mm,the quantity of heat transfered in tray is as 30 34% as without ZnO agglomeration The problem about ZnO agglomeration The problem about ZnO agglomeration will decrease the output of zinc smoke and bring down the quality of Zine smoke
