| Abstract: |
| A liquation-sulphidizing refining process was evaluated to removal copper from crude antinomy containing high copper. The reactive mechanism and optimum conditions were discussed in detail. More than 90% copper was removed in optimum temperature and optimum reactive time by liquation, because of the formation of Cu 3As?Cu 5As 2 according to the reaction between copper and arsenic. Reaction between sulfide regents and copper is controlled by diffusion process. About 75% remained copper was removed by the addition of S or Sb 2S 3. The Cu content was reduced to 0.04% in the antimony by this method. |
