Abstract:
A model of heat transfer from smoke to liquid copper is established based on principle of energy balance. The average temperature and the intensity of heat transfer of smoke with different air surplus coefficients are calculated by using the model. The results show that both the average temperature and the intensity of heat transfer of smoke drop remarkably with the increase of air surplus coefficient. In order to enhance the capability of heat transfer from smoke to liquid copper, air surplus coefficient must be reduced properly. In addition, a reasonable proposal of recycling waste heat by waste heat devices is put forward aimed to the relative high temperature of waste gas.
