| Abstract: |
| A mathematical model of heavy oil flux about rotary anode furnace in copper refining based on warm-up burning air was established based on principle of energy balance. The value of heavy oil flux about oxidation period of rotary anode furnace in copper refining was calculated by using the model. The results showed that reducing trend of heavy oil flux about oxidation period of rotary anode furnace in copper refining was quite obvious, its saving energy was remarkable with the increase of temperature of warm-up burning air. In addition, some reasonable advices were given and they would be beneficial for more saving energy enhance of oxidation period of rotary anode furnace in copper refining. |
