| Abstract: |
| The optimal range of adhesion strength and the optimal surface status and corresponding surface treating methods are given by means of orthogonal experiment. Meanwhile, the preliminary theoretical basis will be offered for preparing the stripping machine. The results of orthogonal experiment show the effecting factors in order are: surface roughness, surface treatment means and the time. As far as the single factor is concerned, the optimal level of surface roughness is burnished by sand paper (0.045-0.055mm) . The optimal level of surface treatment is electrolytic treatment, and the time is 15 minutes. |
