Abstract:
      The advantage and method of producing nanometer-size ZnO by parallel flow precipitation method are discussed, the factors which influence the preparation of nanometer-size ZnO based on the experiment result are also discussed, such factors are: stuff concentration, parallel flow velocity, bottom liquid composing, disper-sant category, quantity and adding mode, dryness and calcine condition of precursor. The shape and granularity of nanometer-size ZnO are characterized by XRD, TG and TEM, the results show that nanometer-size ZnO is sphericity; granularity is well-distributed and narrow-dispersed, the average diameter size is 40nm.
