| Abstract: |
| The new leaching technology, i.e. acid leaching under pressure, that is used on high iron containing sphalerite, is introduced. The test results show the zinc leached rate in first step is more than 95%, and it is more than 98% on the second step, so the two step leaching process can achieve the following targets: zinc and iron leached selectivity and reduce the acidity of the leaching solution. |
