| The optimum growing condition of the bacterial coming from Yongping copper mine is studied. The results show that the following conditions benefit accelerating the growth of bacteria, reducing precipitation rates of iron and leaching ore: 9K+S culture medium, 20% inoculation concentration, pH 1.80, =3g/L and =4g/L. |
