| Abstract: |
| A mathematical model of heat loss of high temperature smoke vented from rotary anode furnace in copper refining with oxygen enriched air warm-up burning is established based on the principle of energy balance. The value of heat loss is calculated by using the model. The results show it is obvious that the heat loss of high temperature smoke in deoxidization period of copper refining anode furnace decreases along with the increasing of oxygen concentration on the warm-up burning air, and its energy saving effect is also remarkable. Furthermore, some reasonable advices are given and they should be beneficial to enhance more energy saving in deoxidization period of copper refining anode furnace. |
