| Abstract: |
| A new technology has been developed to treat zinc sulphides at low temperature and pressure, and the leaching behavior of sphalerite and marmatite that are the two main minerals of zinc sulphide have been compared. The results show that the zinc extraction of both minerals can reach more than 97% and 90% sulphur converts into elemental. However, in the same leaching condition, the concentrate of iron in solution exist much difference between the two minerals. |
