| Progress of investigation on low temperature aluminium electrolysis is reviewed. The key problem to realize low temperature aluminium reduction is solubility and solution rate of Al_2O_3 in electrolyte. The development effort should concentrate on the new techniques and combination of low temperature aluminium electrolysis and inert electrode. |
