| Abstract: |
| Aimed at the problem of the ripple in the surface of aluminium ingots that are produced in the 20kg (aluminium) ingot casting machines, the analysis such as design, manufacturing precision, extern environment and disturbing factors are made, and several improving methods are put forward. It is practically showed that these methods are very useful to reduce the ripple and improve the surface quality of the products greatly. |
