| Abstract: |
| When smelting concentrate containing high impurities such as Pb, Zn, As, flash furnace suffered fluctuation in furnace condition, thick sticky slag layer in settler, accretion formation on settler wall, uptake throat and boiler entrance. Additionally, the groove of granulation circulation water is easy to be built up with water flooding. This paper analyzes factors causing the above troubles, and presents the corresponding precautions to them as well as the results expected. |
