| Abstract: |
| It is very important for process optimization to maintain material flux steadily in the process. But it is difficult to measure material flux due to the short tube and scar of alumina solution. In this paper, after the function relation of parameter of local resistance and opening degree of the valve is discussed, the function of height of the high cell, opening degree of the valve and flux is deduced based on a conflux Bonuli formulation, and a soft-measurement method to compute materials flux is established. The practical result shows that the forecasting error is within 2.06% and can satisfy the practical application. |
