| Abstract: |
| According to the finite deforming rigid-viscidity plasticity FEM theory, the 3D-FEM mathematical simulation of the contacting-line extending-extrusion forming process in the die-chamber has been done, which is based on the Design Environment for Forming (DEFORM) software:The stress-effective, strain-effective, temperature and velocity fields of the extending-extrusion forming have been acquired. So the metal forming mechanism is indicated, which can provide theory basis for the design. |
