| Abstract: |
| A mixed strain of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillums ferrooxidans are separated and domesticated from 721 uranium ore. After mutagenized selection with ultraviolet, its adapted pH decreases from 2.0 to 1.4,and its tolerance of salinity is up to 52.3 g/L.The laboratory leaching test indicates the mixed strain has a well adaptability to a leaching-system with low pH and high salinity. The leaching rate reaches 90.06% with no iron losing during the leaching process only in 7 days. |
